What service do you provide? +

We work with clients to determine their borrowing needs and ability. We help you select a loan that suits your individual circumstances and manage the loan process from the initial application right through to settlement.

Why use a finance broker like Vystal Wealth? +

How much can I borrow? +

How do you find a loan that's right for me? +

Our mortgage software helps you compare the loan products from over 25 different lenders. We have over 30 years finance industry experience and keep up to date with recent offers from our panel of lenders.

What if I have a credit default? +

If you have had credit defaults in the past, our panel of non-conforming lenders may still be able to assist you. You might even be able to consolidate all your debts to lower your monthly repayments.

Who does all the paperwork? +

We complete the loan application for you and then submit it to the lender of your choice. From there we track your loan application through to unconditional approval, and then right through to settlement. Finally, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

What are your qualifications? +

We have over 30 years experience in finance. Our network has over 25 different lenders and we stay up to date with the latest loan products and special offers. We are a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). The MFAA is the main industry body promoting the highest standards of professional and ethical behaviour.

What happens with my personal information? +

Our Privacy policy ensures that any personal information collected by us will be used only for the purpose indicated. We will not pass on your personal information to other parties without your consent.

What if interest rates go up? +

We build in interest rate buffers to ensure that the affordability of our clients’ property purchases have factored in interest rate increases to ensure your property continues to work for you. Generally, rents rise with interest rate increases to ensure your property remains as affordable as possible.

How do I know property investment is affordable? +

Property investment is affordable for many Australians. Along with the rental income received there are also generous tax incentives and deductions allowed by the Australian Government to help with the affordability. We endeavour to structure our clients’ investment properties in the most appropriate way to ensure it’s as affordable as possible.

How much interest do I have to pay while we are building? +

Your finance consultant will factor in a buffer, which should cover any associated interest & costs from the construction period through to tenancy.

What if I want to use my own finance person? +

You are welcome to do so. Our finance specialists have a proven track record of putting in place an optimum finance structure for short and long term benefits to our clients. If you have another personal preference that’s ok. Simply obtain a pre-approval letter from a lender to establish your price point.
